Ingredients
1cupof frozen mixed berries
½ - 1banana fresh or frozen
¼cuppomegranate juice
½cupplain Greek yogurt or 1 cup of plain conventional yogurt
1scoop of protein powderundenatured whey, hemp or pumpkin protein
2tsphoney
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a blender (except whey powder, if using) and blend on high speed until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, adjust by adding additional pomegranate juice. Add whey powder and mix on low speed just until blended. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
